How to Shop
Shopping at the geicostore.com is easy. You can place corporate orders online in a secure environment. We use the most advanced encryption technology available. Just follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from among many products. Next to each of the items in our collection, you'll see the submit button to add to your cart.

To make a selection, enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box and then click the Add to Cart button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items to your selection, and submit your order.

You will see the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on this button at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.

Product Search
If you are looking for a specific product, the top navigation bar has a quick search space where you may enter the product name or item number. For example, type in "cap" and you will be directed to a search results page which will picture all the caps available on the eStore.

With each of the search options, you will be taken to a page, which will display your search results. From that results page you may choose to add the item directly into your cart or you may click on any of the images to see additional information about the product. If you don't find what you are looking for, or if you have a new idea for a product that isn't featured on the eStore, let us know! Email us at geicostore@bdainc.com.

Inventory Availability
When placing your order online, you will see one of the following inventory status comments for each product with its availability. Please see below for descriptions for each.

  • In Stock:  The item you are requesting is currently in stock and available to ship.
  • Pre-Sell:  This item is available for advanced ordering. It will ship when in stock.
  • Back Order:  The item you are requesting is on re-order, and will be available shortly. Any items you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on order in back-ordered status. These items will be shipped to you in one shipment when the last item becomes available. You will be charged for the items at that time. If you have any questions regarding back-ordered items, please call 1.866.964.5001 (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST.) to speak with a customer service representative.
  • Discontinued:  The item you are requesting is out of stock and no longer available.

Ordering & Payment Options

Online Ordering
Purchases can be made via VISA, MasterCard or AMEX.

Canadian International Orders
Process your order online as normal, the correct shipping and handling charge will be added to your order total. A $20 processing fee will apply to all Canadian and International orders.

All Other International Orders
To place an international order, please email your selections to geicostore@bdainc.com. You will be notified within 24 hours via e-mail of the freight charges and order total. Once you have received your notification email, please respond with your confirmation within the next 72 hours. If we do not receive your authorization within that period of time, your order will be cancelled. You may also call your order into a Customer Service Representative at 1.866.964.5001. A $20 processing fee will apply to all International orders.

International Payment Information
Standard International Delivery requires the consignee/customer to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fees mandated by the Government for which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. geicostore.com is not responsible for duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these destination fees. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.

International orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by credit card, check, money order, gift certificate, direct bill or wire transfer.

Sales Tax

Gift Certificates

When you purchase a gift certificate online, you will receive an electronic certificate via email. Our gift certificates can be redeemed online, over the phone or via mail. Any gift certificate you purchase now will have a serial number, such as 1111-2222-3333-4444. Remaining balances on gift certificates can be used for future orders by re-entering your existing number. To obtain your gift certificate balance at any time, just e-mail geicostore@bdainc.com or call 1.866.964.5001

Terms and Conditions:

  • Your Electronic Gift Certificate is immediately redeemable; please safeguard this information.
  • The value of this Electronic Gift Certificate is redeemable for all costs, which include merchandise, applicable sales tax and shipping charges.
  • Electronic Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  • Lost or stolen Gift Certificates cannot be replaced.
  • Electronic Gift Certificates are valid for one year. This does not apply in California or other states where prohibited by law.
  • If your order total exceeds the Electronic Gift Certificate amount, please include payment for the balance.

Shipping Information

In-stock merchandise ships from Indianapolis, IN normally within two business days of your order being received. Please allow applicable time for delivery based on shipping method.

Unless otherwise specified, your order will ship via the best available shipping rate method. All regular and expedited freight charges will be added to your invoice or charged to your credit card. Expedited and same day shipment requests must be received before 12:00 p.m. est. Airfreight services will be invoiced to you separately.

If you provide your email address, you will receive an Automatic Shipment Notification (ASN) from BDA when you order in-stock merchandise if your package is shipped via UPS or Federal Express. This notification is generated within a few hours of your package shipping and includes a description of your order and a link for you to track your shipment.

Non-stock catalog items normally ship within 3-5 weeks, but shipping times may vary by item. Orders shipping directly from the factory (drop ship) will use the most cost-effective method, unless otherwise specified.

*We cannot ship to PO or APO boxes.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in its original condition. Items returned within 30 days must be in the original packaging and not have been worn or damaged.

To ensure proper handling of your return, please call our customer service center at 1.866.964.5001 to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). We cannot guarantee proper handling of your return if a Return Authorization number is not obtained.
