What if the item I want to purchase is not available?
We try and maintain stock levels equal to demand; however, occasionally items may be out of stock. If the item you're looking for is out of stock (and the items are needed immediately), please select a substitute item. If you still do not find an item that meets your satisfaction, click on the "back-ordered help" button, fill out the personal assistance form and click on "Submit." A Special Services Representative will contact you for order assistance.

What if I have an international order?
During checkout, please indicate this is an international order and be sure to include your full address, including country code. You may also call your Customer Service Representative for details and a freight quote at 1.425.806.2661 Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST or e-mail ExxonMobilServices@bdainc.com. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Where can I make returns for ExxonMobil Merchandise?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise with the packing slip or invoice within 60 days of receipt for refund. To ensure customer satisfaction, comparable products may be substituted for discontinued merchandise. For online purchases, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges Form (included with your shipment), or call 1-800-277-7477 (10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST). For international returns, please call 1.425.806.2661 Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST or e-mail us at ExxonMobil@bdainc.com.

Where can I make suggestions for new products?
Please send your product suggestions to ExxonMobil@bdainc.com. We review all suggestions at our merchandise development meetings each month. We try to accommodate as many of the requests as possible based on current need and demand online. Submission of all suggestions is subject to the terms of section 7 "Non-Confidentiality of User Materials" in the Privacy & Legal section of this site.

How do I cancel a back-ordered item?
Call your Customer Service Representative at 1.866.810.7995 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST or email ExxonMobil@bdainc.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will make every attempt to cancel the order.

How do I change my order or add an item after I sent my order?
Please call your Customer Service Representative as soon as possible and have your reference number handy. If the order has already been processed, you will not be able to change the order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be processed in seven business days and shipped via ground service. For the status of your order, please contact an ExxonMobil Customer Service Representative at " 1.866.810.7995.

How do I make a purchase?
After you make your selections you may pay with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Personal checks or money orders made payable to BDA will also be accepted.

What if I have a large order and would like a volume discount or would like a unique product for my team?
That's not a problem; your team of experts will design, produce and fulfill promotional products and packages to enhance your meetings and special events. In addition, your team of Special Service Representatives are available to discuss volume pricing and secondary decoration on many items you see on the Web site.
