Beneath or next to each of the items in our collection, you'll see an "add to cart" button.
To make a selection, enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box and then click the "add to cart" button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items to your selection, and submit your order.
Inventory Availability
When placing your order online, you will see the availability status next to each product. Each product will indicate one of the following availabilities.
In Stock: The item you are requesting is currently in-stock, and available to ship.
Pre-Sale: This item is available for advanced ordering, and will be available shortly.
Back Ordered:
The item you are requesting is on re-order, and will be available
shortly. Any items you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on
order in back ordered status. These items will be shipped to you in one shipment when the last item becomes available. You will be charged for the items at that time. If you have
any questions regarding back ordered items, please call 877.213.4741 (5am - 5pm
PST) to speak with a customer service representative.
Discontinued: The item you are requesting is out of stock and no longer available.

Gift certificates are redeemable for promotional merchandise online at www.ShopMichelin.com and in person at the Michelin on Main store in Greenville, SC, as well as Michelin Trademark Stores.
The Gift Certificate number is immediately redeemable. Please keep this information secure.
The value of the Gift Certificate is redeemable for all costs, including merchandise, applicable sales tax and shipping fees.
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Lost or stolen Gift Certificates will not be replaced.
If your order total exceeds the Gift Certificate amount, please include payment for the balance.
Orders can be placed online, phoned, faxed, or mailed directly to BDA. Payment for Orders can be made with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and gift certificates.

Canadian Orders
Shipments made to Canada will be shipped via Second Day or Next Day air and will also incur actual shipping and handling charges. Shipments to Canada will only be accepted through the website and by telephone or fax.
All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Rush Shipping
(Next day, 2-day, and 3-day)
To accommodate a rush order, contact us by phone. Call by 1pm PST for same-day shipping. Be sure to tell us, "It's a rush." Additional shipping charges will apply.
Same Day Shipping
Same Day Shipping will be available for urgent orders approved before 1:00 PM PST. Orders requiring Same Day Shipping will be processed for an additional $15.00 processing fee. Same Day Shipping is not available for international orders.
Standard Shipping
Upon checkout, you will have the option to ship via next day, 2-day, or 3-day air. In order to ensure same day processing, your order must be placed by 1:00 PM PST. Shipments made to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via Second Day or Next Day air and will also incur actual shipping and handling charges.

All in-stock orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Domestic Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order
based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final
estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order. A minimum shipping charge of $7.95 applies to each shipment.
International Shipping Information
International shipping is available. International orders will ship via preferred international carrier. Customers are responsible for all customs/duty charges and a $15.00 handling charge applies. Please call 877.213.4741 with questions.
Shipments made to Canada will be shipped via Second Day or Next Day air and will also incur actual shipping and handling charges. Shipments to Canada will only be accepted through the Michelin on Main retail store location and will not be accepted through the website.
Standard International Delivery require the consignee/customer to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fee's mandated by the Government for which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. BDA is not responsible for duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these destination fees. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
Return within 30 days of receipt for full refund. Custom orders are non-refundable. Follow the guidelines on the Returns & Exchange form included in your shipment. For additional details call 877.213.4741
