To make a selection, enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box and click the "Add to Cart" button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items to your selection, and submit your order. You will see the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on this button at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.
You will notice that inventory available is listed next to each item; please note this is inventory that is available and does not account for concurrent orders being placed for the same item. Process your order online as normal, the correct shipping and handling charge will be added to your order total. A $20 processing fee will apply to all Canadian and International orders.
To place an international order, please email your selections to THDgear@bdainc.com . You will be notified within 24 hours via e-mail of the freight charges and order total. Once you have received your notification email, please respond with your confirmation within the next 72 hours. If we do not receive your authorization within that period of time, your order will be cancelled. You may also call your order into a Customer Service Representative at 1.425.492.7665. A $20 processing fee will apply to all International orders.
Standard International Delivery requires the consignee/customer to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fees mandated by the Government for which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. THDgear is not responsible for duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these destination fees. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.
International orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by credit card, check, money order, gift certificate, direct bill or wire transfer.

Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order. A minimum shipping charge of $5.95 applies to each shipment.
For Non-ARIBA orders only: Upon check out, you will have the option to ship via next day, 2-day, or 3-day air.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping charges) on un-worn, un-washed garments. Please contact our returns department at 1.866.569.9027 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process of your return or exchange. Please have your 8-digit Sales Order/confirmation available at the time of your call.
For "Customer Choice" returns only, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply, up to a value of $500. Anything over $500 will incur a 3% restocking fee. Items returned for mis-picks, damage or BDA error will not incur a restocking fee.
Returns are processed within 2-4 weeks of receipt. For corporate orders, credit will be issued against the purchasing card or company/cost center number. Custom orders and clearance items are non-refundable. Follow the guidelines on the Returns & Exchange form included in your shipment.
