The state of Indiana mandated a “Stay-at-Home” order, effective Wednesday, March 25th through April 20th. Our fulfillment center is located in Indiana, and as a result of this government order, we will be closing to all business considered non-essential until this order has lifted. However, the essential services provided to your company by Bensussen Deutsch & Associates have been exempted from state and federal emergency orders and we are proud to continue supporting our essential business. In doing so, a dedicated team is working hard to ensure your orders ship on time, in most cases within 48 hours. In the event we are unable to meet the 48-hour shipping SLA, we appreciate your understanding and trust that we will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible under these difficult circumstances.

How to Shop
Shopping at THDgear is easy. You can place corporate and personal orders online in our secure environment using the most advanced encryption technology available. Simply follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from a variety of Home Depot merchandise. Next to each item in our collection, you'll see the submit button to add to your cart.
To make a selection, enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box and click the "Add to Cart" button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items to your selection, and submit your order. You will see the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on this button at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.
You will notice that inventory available is listed next to each item; please note this is inventory that is available and does not account for concurrent orders being placed for the same item. If you require all of the quantity you see available or more, please continue to place your order and follow up with our customer support team at 866.569.9027 on timing for inventory arrival. You may also experience the following inventory status
- Pre-Sell: This item is available for advanced ordering. Merchandise will ship upon in-stock availability.
- Back Order: The item is oversold but will be available shortly. Any items you order which exceed the available quantity as per the above, will remain on order in backordered status until inventory comes in. If you ordered multiple items which are available on the same order, the available items will ship while the backordered items will remain on the order until inventory becomes available. You will be charged weight-based shipping on all orders shipped to you. We do our best to keep updated estimated dates of arrival for items on backorder, should we not have provided a date or if you have further questions, please contact our customer support team please call 1.866.569.9027.

Electronic Gift Cards and Certificates
Any Electronic Gift Cards and Certificates you purchase will have a serial number, such as 1111-2222-3333-4444. Remaining balances can be used for future orders by re-entering your existing number. To obtain your balance at any time, please e-mail THDgear@bdainc.com or call 1.866.569.9027

Terms and Conditions:
- Electronic Gift Cards and Certificates are not redeemable at, www.homedepot.com or The Home Depot retail store locations.
- Your Electronic Gift Cards and Certificates are immediately redeemable; please safeguard this information.
- The value of Electronic Gift Cards and Certificates are redeemable for all costs, which includes merchandise, applicable sales tax and shipping charges.
- Electronic Gift Cards and Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Lost or stolen Electronic Gift Cards and Certificates cannot be replaced.
- If your order total exceeds the Electronic Gift Cards and Certificates amount, please include payment for the balance.
Canadian International Orders
Process your order online as normal, the correct shipping and handling charge will be added to your order total.
All Other International Orders
To place an international order, please email your selections to THDgear@bdainc.com . You will be notified within 24 hours via e-mail of the freight charges and order total. Once you have received your notification email, please respond with your confirmation within the next 72 hours. If we do not receive your authorization within that period of time, your order will be cancelled. You may also call your order into a Customer Service Representative at 1.425.492.7665.
International Payment Information
Standard International Delivery requires the consignee/customer to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fees mandated by the Government for which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. THDgear is not responsible for duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these destination fees. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.
International orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by credit card, check, money order, gift certificate, direct bill or wire transfer.

Domestic Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order. A minimum shipping charge of $5.95 applies to each shipment.
For Non-ARIBA orders only: Upon check out, you will have the option to ship via next day, 2-day, or 3-day air.
Same Day Shipping Options
If you would prefer an expedited shipping service you can do so online.
- Upon Checkout, you will have the option to ship via Ground, 1-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day. If you would like same day processing, your order must be placed by 1 p.m. Pacific.
- If you have any questions about expedited shipping and processing, please call customer service at 1.866.569.9027.
- Rush service not available for all International Orders.
- If an international package is refused for any reason, THDgear will not refund the customer for the merchandise or shipping & handling charges. THDgear does not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping charges) on un-worn, un-washed garments. Please contact our returns department at 1.866.569.9027 or email email@example.com to begin the process of your return or exchange. Please have your 8-digit Sales Order/confirmation available at the time of your call.
For "Customer Choice" returns only, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply, up to a value of $500. Anything over $500 will incur a 3% restocking fee. Items returned for mis-picks, damage or BDA error will not incur a restocking fee.
Returns are processed within 2-4 weeks of receipt. For corporate orders, credit will be issued against the purchasing card or company/cost center number. Custom orders and clearance items are non-refundable. Follow the guidelines on the Returns & Exchange form included in your shipment.
