How to Shop
Shopping at the ExxonMobil Merchandise Shop is now easier. You can place personal and corporate orders on-line in a secure environment. We use advanced encryption technology. Just follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from among hundreds of products. Beneath each of the items in our collection, you'll see the button "add to cart."
Items you see on the Canada part of the website are only available to ship within Canada. We cannot ship those items outside of Canada.
To switch to the Canada part of the site, simply click the "Ship To..." drop down on the top right hand side of the site and select "Canada" and click "Save".
When using the "add to cart" button, the item you've selected will be added to your shopping cart. If you need to choose a size, please select the appropriate size in the combo box before you add the item to your cart. When you've finished shopping please click on "view shopping cart," where you can review your totals, then select the "checkout" button.
You will see this link | View Cart | in the upper right hand corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on the cart at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.
The ExxonMobil Merchandise Shop has two ways to make searching for products easier:
If you are looking for a specific product, the top navigation bar has a quick search space where you may enter the product name or item number. For example, type in "cap" and you will be directed to a search results page which will picture all the caps available on the Web site.
- By item number: Use this option when you know the catalog item number of the item for which you are searching. Enter the item number and click Find.
- By item name: Enter a name or names of items you wish to find. For instance, jacket or black mug. You will have the best results if you enter the item name as a single item (cap instead of caps). This search is helpful when you are looking for a specific item.
- By product type: If are looking for a range of products within a category, searching by product type is useful. Select one of the product types from the drop-down box. For instance, if you select "Drinkware" your search will return all items which fall within that category, including travel mugs, drink koozies, sport bottles, ceramic mugs, etc.
- By price range: When you have a budget you are trying to meet, the price range search can come in handy. Simply select the maximum price from the drop-down box. Your search results will only display items which are less than or equal to the maximum price you selected.
With each of the search options, you will be taken to a page, which will display your search results. From that search results page you may choose to add the item directly into your cart (+ Add to Cart) or you may click on any of the images to see additional information about the product. When placing your order on-line, you will see one of the following icons next to each product with its availability status. Please see below for descriptions of these icons.

The item you are requesting is on re-order, and will be available shortly. When you see this icon while shopping, simply click to be redirected to the personal shopper product assistance form. If you would like to know a specific ETA on items on re-order, please call 1.866.810.7995 and speak with a customer service representative. A postcard will be forwarded for ETA verification and order options as well.
The item you are requesting is out of stock and no longer available. When you see this icon while shopping, simply click to be redirected to the personal shopper product assistance form.
Back Ordered Items
Any items that you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on order in a back ordered status. Please note that the back ordered portion of your order will ship to you in one shipment once they are all in stock. Shipping and handling charges are estimated on order total. A minimum of $7.95 per shipment applies. If you have any questions regarding your back ordered items, please call 1.866.810.7995 to speak with a customer service representative.
If your order quantity exceeds the inventory on-hand, you have the option to create a Factory-Direct Order for that item. When placing your order, you will be notified with the “Factory-Direct Alert” at the top of the page. You will then be provided with the production and shipping time, minimum order quantity and options for placing a Factory-Direct Order. You may also choose to back order the product or cancel and continue shopping at that point, by choosing the appropriate button:

Please note that all Factory-Direct Orders will be shipped to you separately via standard ground shipping only. Factory-Direct Orders are non-refundable once submitted unless a manufacturer’s defect has been identified upon receipt. At checkout you will receive a separate order number for each Factory-Direct item ordered. When ordering online, you may use American Express, VISA, MasterCard or Gift Certificates.

When you purchase gift certificates online, you may choose to receive a Gift Card via mail or an Electronic Gift Certificate via email. Your gift certificates can be purchased and redeemed online, in addition to fax, phone and mail. Any gift certificates purchased will have a serial number, such as 1111-2222-3333-4444 or 1111222233334444. When you redeem your gift certificate, any remaining balances in excess of your order total can be used for future orders by re-entering your existing serial number. To obtain your gift certificate balance at any time, just email ExxonMobil@bdainc.com or call 1.866.810.7995.
Enter Gift Certificate number(s) and your credit card information in the appropriate fields. No deductions are made from your Gift Certificate until your order is ready for shipment. If the value of your order is greater than the value of your gift card at the time of shipment, we will charge the balance of the order to your credit card. If the value of your order is equal to or less than the value of your gift card, no amount will be charged to your credit card.
If You Are Buying For More Than One Person:
When ordering multiple e-gift certificates please place a separate order for each recipient so that they may receive a unique e-mail message. Shipping charges do not apply to e-gift certificate-only orders.
Paper Gift Certificates
When ordering multiple paper gift certificates we recommend entering each order separately if you want the gift certificates mailed directly to the recipients. Enter the recipient's address in the shipping address area at checkout. (For example, five different recipients requires five different orders.) Shipping charges do not apply to gift certificate-only orders.

Terms and Conditions:
- Gift certificates are not valid at Exxon or Mobil stations.
- The gift certificate number is immediately redeemable. Please keep this information secure.
- The value of the gift certificate is redeemable for all costs, including merchandise, applicable sales tax and shipping fees.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.
- Please use your gift certificate within two years. This does not apply in California or other states where prohibited by law.
- If your order total exceeds the gift certificate amount, please include payment for the balance.
There is a $20 processing fee added to all international orders. Standard International Delivery requires the consignee/customer to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fee's mandated by the Government for which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. BDA is not responsible for duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these destination fees. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.

Same Day Shipping Options
Upon checkout, you will have the option to ship via next day, 2-day, or 3-day air.
If you would like same day processing, your order must be placed by 1:00 p.m. PST.
